Peter is based in Melbourne and works in Australia, the US, and South-East Asia negotiating complex deals and mediating disputes.
With over 30 years in consulting, he has worked with CEOs, Board Executives, Family Business owners, Team Leaders, and Family business
members across a very broad range of industries including Renewable Energy, Health, Mental Health, the Oil Industry, and Government. The work has involved restructuring, consensus building, and implementing effective strategies and solutions to forge better organizational productivity.
Peter and his two brothers owned a National IT Consulting Firm employing over 100 staff and 300 subcontractors. The company was sold to a UK Public Company. Peter worked in Israel and the USA as an Engineer and IT Consultant and was a Director of the Internet Strategy for an NYSE company.

- Led and Negotiated a new-energy solar deal for 3 distinct land owners, for 50 years, engaging with the CEO and CFO of an ASX Listed company, guiding face-to-face interactions, and preparing correspondence for the lawyers, finance, and owners to
review and approve. - Advised, supported, and guided the negotiations (over 6 months) for a team of executives, its CEO, and the Board for a multi-billion dollar 10-year state government contract, for first responders.
- Advising, supporting and guiding the negotiations for a 100 million dollar state government contract, for first responders in the aviation field.
- Peter was appointed to several federal government, state government and industry-based mediation panels to provide commercial mediation services. During the Covid period over 200 commercial leasing mediations (for rent relief) were conducted, achieving a 90% settlement rate.
- Awarded Fellowship Status at the Resolution Institute of Australia, Australia’s Roof Body for Arbitration and Mediation; Coached and reviewed mediation accreditation assessments for Lawyers, Barristers, and Judges for over 15 years.
- Invited to deliver a keynote presentation to the Victorian Local Government Authority’s Annual Conference on Culture and Conflict within Local Council Settings.
- Built up and performed as Director of a successful Melbourne IT Recruitment consulting that grew into a national organization, growing the business during the recession of the 90s and selling the company to a UK Public Company.
